What can Youth Programming offer
Youth?
Youth can:
- Receive skills training in conflict resolution techniques and
principles through certificate courses at CMSD - Develop leadership skills through workshop design and facilitation, sitting on the Youth Advisory Committee
- Volunteer as a youth mediator and help others in the community
- Receive community service hours to put towards completion of high-school
- Build and strengthen resume
What can Youth Programming offer the Community?
The Community can:
- Receive free customized workshops and trainings in conflict resolution principles and techniques to youth serving agencies, schools, community centres and business who serve the aged 15-24 client group.
- Receive free mediation services to youth experiencing conflict within the community, at school, at home, at work, or anywhere that conflict is being felt.
